I want to travel around the world, starting in Africa.
Main distances by plane, some by train or other. I got 4 months in total.
What is the best / cheapest way to arrange tickets?

There are several companies specialised in these type of tickets. It depends on the country you're leaving from and the 'network' of airlines you want to fly with. Skyteam offers several options, but also many others. Airtreks for example: www.airtreks.com
