Next week I'll travel to Coimbra Portugal, but saw on the news yesterday that the bushfires are heading towards the city. Anyone from Coimbra that can give me an update locally? Shall I cancel my trip or postpone this?

Coiblra is safe to travel now again, so you can go there. The fires are put out and no longer threatening the city.
